In 2008, my curiously random friend 'Jet Jetty Mc Jettyson' created a website to record her goals, and it worked so well that I chose to steal all her ideas and make one myself!
This website contains Goals, Challenges, Ambitions, and Dreams I wish to fulfill before I 'turn my toes up' and additional pages are included for when such targets have been completed. The targets I have differ in dificulty, change over time and new ones are being added all the while. Some targets I hope to do well, others just well enough and some have been set by other people. I hope you enjoy sharing my experiences and feel inspired in some way yourself.
So, who am I? Well, my name is Tim Thomas Taylor (known to closer friends as 'Doo'). I guess I am quite a funny individual trying to find my way in life. I like this, I like that, I don't like bling, I don't like tat. I like to pick things up and drop them down again. At times I do, at others I do not. I guess I can be likened to the moon - when one side is hot, the other side of the moon is not. As random and bizarre as this site is, it's all about me and what I have done and am doing with my life - and I tend do what I like because this life was given to me alongside liberty!
For this, my 6th sponsored challenge, I plan to cycle from Land's End to John O' Groats - the furthest possible distance in the British Isles. The planned route is almost a 1,000 miles and I hope to cover this in just 12 days, starting 1 September 2009, in an attempt to raise lots of dosh for the worthy Christadelphian Meal-a-Day Fund. Please sponsor me at www.justgiving.com/doogoodcycle Thanks :)
